What should I do if my order is delayed?
If the maximum processing and shipping time has passed, allow up to 2 extra business days and check your tracking link. If your package still hasn’t arrived, please wait an additional 3 business days, then contact us at support@britishwardrobe.com with your order number.
How long does it take to process and ship my order?
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday - Friday). After processing, shipping takes approximately 3-4 business days (Monday - Friday). See more information in our Shipping Policy.
What is the order cut-off time for same-day processing?
The order cut-off time is 16:00 GMT. Orders placed after this time will be processed the next business day.
